The 2nd bed listed is a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. Additionally, provide everything you would need to enjoy the beach: 6 Big beach towels, 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, 2 boogie boards, cooler, wagon and an outdoor shower. This condo also has a small outside deck with four bar stools and an ocean view. Also, great people watching :)
